Palestra Couture makes shipments to a large part of the Ecuadorian territory through Servientrega, which guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you want.

The delivery time of the products is approximately 2 business days for the cities of Quito and Guayaquil, 4 business days for main cities and up to 12 business days for other destinations.

Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of the purchase.

  • For credit and debit card payments, confirmation may take up to one business day.
  • For payments with PagoEfectivo, confirmation may take up to two business days.

At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email confirming it. To check the status of your purchase you can enter the “My account – My Orders” menu on our website.

You must bear in mind that:

  • Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, landslides, traffic and other contractual news reported by the carrier.
  • The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier guide will suffice.

Shipping of orders is free nationwide for purchases equal to or greater than $70 USD; For purchases less than this value, the shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package.

This value will be calculated in the purchase process and you will be informed at the time of order settlement, before you make the payment.
