If you wish to exchange any of our products, you must bear in mind that:

• Products on promotion or with discounts ARE NOT exchangeable.
• The changes of the products will always be made for the value that the client paid.
• Accessories and underwear are not changeable.
• It is important that the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good and clean condition and with its original labels.
• The products cannot be used in order to make the exchange effective.

Once you have requested the return of your producto, you can choose between the following options:

• Change the product for other size or color: changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original, the change will be subject to availability in the inventory (if the value is lower, the remaining balance will be sent in a voucher to make a new online purchase).
• Electronic VOUCHER or credit to make a new purchase at us.palestracouture.net (this VOUCHER will be valid for one year).
• Money back (only applies for reasons of warranty claims and/or right of withdrawal).

Once the change request has been filed with the necessary data, a collection date is scheduled by Servientrega according to the day on which you can deliver the product to the carrier.

When you deliver the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packed. You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your choice, however it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transport process.

It is important that you keep in mind that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good and clean condition and with its original labels.

Change of the product for other size or color: it will be dispatched 3 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and from this moment the same times apply as for a normal delivery.

Electronic VOUCHER or credit to make a new purchase at Palestra Couture will be sent to your email three business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

Return of the money:

• Through wiretransfer: it is done approximately within 8 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
• Through payment reversal: 30 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

Once the conditions in which the product is found have been verified, Palestra Couture will have 3 business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here to make the change for other size or color, by Electronic VOUCHER for another producto, or money back (only applies for warranty claims or right of withdrawal).

Your product does NOT meet the criteria of our warranty and exchange policy if:

• The product is modified or altered from its original state.
• The garment is damaged by use or washing.

Accessories and underwear are not available for exchange, nor do the garments in our SALE section.

We will inform you with an email the reason why the exchange or the guarantee is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.

Come to our PALESTRA COUTURE store within 60 days following the purchase of the product (date of preparation of the invoice) and complying with the requirements corresponding to our exchange policies:

• Presenting the purchase invoice or identity card of the person who made the purchase, you can make your change directly. One of our sales consultants will help you in the process.
• Accessories and underwear are not available for exchange, nor the garments in promotion.
• NO refunds are made

In accordance with the right of return consecrated by the Organic Law of Consumer Defense, Law 21 of 2011 art. 45, the maximum term to exercise this right is 3 business days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it. Transportation costs and others, incurred in the return will be paid by you.

In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, PALESTRA COUTURE will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days.
